Yes, we can reschedule your training.

Students who are registered for an upcoming training event can reschedule for another date or transfer their student registration to another person within your organization. Simply send any rescheduling matters to info@learnersone.com.

VERY IMPORTANT: In the event of a “no show” by a student, where he/she fails to attend a registered course, there will be no guarantee that we can reschedule you for another date. The registered student has the responsibility to ensure they comply with the cancellation policy, including providing notice of any changes to the registration information.

Yes, you can cancel your course registration.

If you are unable to attend your course for any particular reason (e.g., scheduling conflict, illness, zombie apocalypse, etc.) and would like to cancel, LearnersOne will do everything in our power to make your experience with us great – even if it’s shorter than expected!

Since there is a limit to the number of attendees we can host per class, we ask those who are interested in canceling their registration to provide LearnersOne with a written cancellation notice by at least 14 days prior to when the class is scheduled to start. In the event where you need to cancel your course registration, please email us at: info@learnersone.com.

Yes, LearnersOne provides team, government or corporate training and group registrations for any of the courses on our course list.

We are able to provide group training for any of the courses listed on this website, including our partners certification prep courses. To learn more about the courses we provide please visit our training Webpage or contact us and we’ll answer all of your questions.

Yes, LearnersOne instructors hold top industry certifications.

All LearnersOne instructors must continuously re-certify and must be employed and engaged in field practice.

Twelve (12) years. We have provided a wide range of industry track certification training to both the government (US Marine Corps, US Navy, US Army, US Coast Guards), private organizations and individual students.

Several of our training programs are also available on the US GSA Schedule.

Yes, LearnersOne provides training in overseas locations.
